“Site”) operated by Carnamas and owned by Zerocons Private Limited (“us”,
“we”, or “our”).

Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”)
and our Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to

vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

7. Governing Law and
Jurisdiction

These
Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India,
without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or
proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be
instituted exclusively in the courts of Assam, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We
reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at
any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice
prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will
be determined at our sole discretion.
